Eight-channel USB-to-UART converter

The LORDWORLD board expands a single USB port into eight independent TTL serial channels with hardware flow control. Each channel operates concurrently, making it suited for developers who need to debug or control multiple UART devices at once. The aluminium enclosure and CNC finish provide a rugged housing for bench or field use.

3.3 V and 5 V selectable logic levels

A built-in voltage translator lets you switch each serial port between 3.3 V and 5 V TTL levels to match target hardware. Self-recovery fuses, protection diodes and onboard TVS devices guard against over-current, over-voltage, surge and ESD events. Four status LEDs show power and transceiver activity for quick diagnostics.

USB interface limits concurrent bandwidth

The single USB connection shares total throughput across all eight channels, so very high simultaneous data rates on every port will hit the host bus ceiling. Very long cables or electrically noisy environments may still require additional isolation beyond the onboard suppression. Buyers needing galvanic isolation or more than eight ports should look elsewhere.
