LORDWORLD

LORDWORLD Nano Base Board (A) CM4 development board 40PIN GPIO USB 2.0 MIPI CSI-2 15pin 1.0mm

SKU CH-KYGK-8B3BA

Tiny carrier board for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 with 40-pin GPIO, USB 2.0 and 15-pin 1.0 mm MIPI CSI-2 camera connector

  • Evaluates CM4 or integrates into end products
  • Matches CM4 footprint for space-constrained designs
  • 40-pin GPIO provides Raspberry Pi peripheral expansion
  • USB 2.0 Type A adds one host port
  • MIPI CSI-2 15-pin 1.0 mm connects cameras

Compact carrier for Compute Module 4

The LORDWORLD Nano Base Board (A) fits the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 Lite or eMMC variants and adds a 40PIN GPIO header, a USB 2.0 Type A port and a 15pin 1.0mm MIPI CSI-2 connector. A micro SD socket is provided for Lite modules that lack onboard storage. The Compute Module 4 itself is not included.

Engineers prototyping CM4 hardware

This board suits developers who need a minimal footprint carrier that matches the CM4 outline for space-constrained enclosures. It is not for users who require Gigabit Ethernet, multiple USB ports, HDMI video output or PCIe expansion, as those interfaces are absent from the design.

Single MIPI CSI-2 camera interface

The carrier exposes one 15pin 1.0mm FPC connector for a MIPI CSI-2 camera module. Projects needing dual cameras, a DSI display link or additional high-speed I/O must select a different carrier board.

Preguntas sobre este artículo

How do I verify the 40-pin GPIO header is working after inserting the Compute Module 4?

Power the board, boot the CM4, then run `gpio readall` or blink an LED on a known GPIO pin to confirm the header responds.

What comes in the box and what must I source separately?

The board includes a 40-pin GPIO header, one USB 2.0 Type A port, one MIPI CSI-2 15-pin 1.0 mm FPC connector and a micro SD socket for CM4 Lite; the Compute Module 4 itself is not included.

Which CM4 variant should I choose for this base board?

Use a Compute Module 4 Lite (without eMMC) and boot from the on-board micro SD card, or use any CM4 with eMMC if you prefer internal storage.
