Twelve ranks of 4Rx4 organisation deliver 1.5TB total capacity with ECC protection across all channels. The kit fills every slot on supported Thinkmate GPX-QS4-12E2-4GPU and GPX-QT8-22E2-8GPU platforms, so expansion beyond this point requires a chassis or motherboard change. Workloads that exceed 1.5TB will need a different platform.
Registered 4Rx4 DDR4 3200 CL22 specification
The modules run at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CL22 latency at 1.20V and present a 288-pin registered interface. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs, lower rank counts or different voltages cannot use this kit. Compatibility is limited to the Thinkmate models listed in the specifications.
