This 128 GB kit contains two 64 GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL40 latency. It is built for ThinkMate SuperServer 611C-TN4R and 621C-TN12R systems that require registered error-correcting memory. The modules run at 1.10 V and use a 2Rx4 organisation.
Sustained load behaviour with registered ECC
Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during continuous operation. ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors without halting the system.
