32 GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM Kit for Thinkmate GPU Servers

This 32 GB kit consists of two 16 GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate GPX-QT8-24E2-8GPU servers. ECC and registered signalling protect data integrity in multi-GPU workloads. The modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 latency. They target IT teams expanding memory capacity in validated GPU-optimised platforms.

Thermals Noise and Power in Normal Operation

Each DIMM operates at the standard 1.20 V DDR4 voltage, keeping power draw low inside dense 8-GPU chassis. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow from the server fans cools the chips directly. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller. The kit is stress-tested under load before shipment to confirm stable thermals.

Upgrade Path and When the Jump Makes Sense
