System-specific DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 32 GB kit contains four 8 GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate STX-NL-QE24 E3 nearline storage servers. Each module runs at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and uses a 1Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that helps maintain signal integrity on heavily populated server motherboards.

ECC and registered buffering

Error-correcting code detects and corrects single-bit errors to protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full four-module population without signal degradation. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling directly.
