Installing the six modules into the server DIMM

Each 288-pin RDIMM seats in the standard DDR5 server slots; the registered buffer and ECC function require a motherboard that supports registered memory. The kit ships without heat spreaders, so airflow across the modules must be sufficient. A common issue is mixing these registered DIMMs with unbuffered modules, which prevents the system from posting.

Confirm the server is the exact GPX-XH8-22S4-8GPU model before ordering. Check the motherboard manual for the supported DIMM population sequence and maximum capacity per channel.
