ThinkMate Compatible DDR4 Kit

This 48GB kit contains six 8GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM modules built for ThinkMate VSX-R5-760S1 and VSX-R5-540RTP workstations. Registered buffering and error-correcting code protect data integrity in server-class workloads. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency on a 288-pin interface. The memory uses major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips.

Suited for ThinkMate Workstation Upgrades

System administrators expanding VSX-R5-760S1 or VSX-R5-540RTP platforms gain 48GB of validated capacity in a single kit. Builders needing non-ECC UDIMM memory for consumer motherboards should look elsewhere. Systems limited to lower DDR4 speeds or different pin counts cannot use these modules. The registered design requires a motherboard that supports RDIMM topology.
