Tyan TN83-B8251 512GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM kit

This 512GB kit contains eight 64GB DDR4 3200 modules built for the Tyan Transport HX TN83-B8251 platform. Each stick is a 288-pin registered DIMM with ECC and a 4Rx4 organisation. The modules run at 1.20V with a CAS latency of CL22 and use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. No heat spreaders are fitted.

The kit targets administrators who need the full 512GB capacity on a validated motherboard and can populate all eight slots with registered ECC memory. Buyers whose systems require unbuffered DIMMs, a different voltage, or a lower maximum capacity per slot should look elsewhere. Systems that only support single- or dual-rank modules will not accept these 4Rx4 sticks.
