Capacity headroom for dense virtualisation

Twelve 64GB RDIMMs fill 12 slots to reach the 768GB total, supporting large virtual-machine counts and in-memory databases on compatible Thinkmate systems. Registered buffering and ECC protect data integrity under sustained load. The 4Rx4 rank structure maximises density per slot; configurations needing more than 768GB or fewer than 12 populated slots fall outside this kit.

288-pin registered modules without heat spreaders

Modules are standard-height 288-pin DDR4 RDIMMs using Samsung, Micron or Hynix components and no heat spreaders, so they fit tightly spaced server DIMM sockets. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller. Buyers needing unbuffered UDIMMs, non-ECC memory or lower-density 32GB modules cannot use this kit.
