This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 96GB of DDR4 ECC RDIMM capacity across twelve 8GB modules. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered, error-correcting memory for stable operation. The 288-pin DIMMs run at 2933MHz with a CAS latency of CL21. Systems needing unbuffered UDIMMs or non-ECC memory cannot use this kit.

Thermals and power

Each module operates at 1.2V without a heat spreader, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering adds a clock cycle that helps the memory controller maintain signal integrity across all twelve slots.
