This 128GB kit contains two 64GB DDR4 3200 CL22 ECC registered RDIMMs built for Cisco UCS B200 M6 C125 M5 C220 M6 C240 M6 and C245 M6 systems. It runs at 1.2V with 2Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor. The modules replace Cisco part numbers UCSMRX64G2RW UCS-MR-X64G2RW-M and UCSXMRX64G2RW. It will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced memory.
