512GB DDR5 4800 ECC Registered Kit

This OWC kit provides 512GB of DDR5 4800 memory across four 128GB registered DIMMs. Each module operates at 1.1V with CL40 latency and 4Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin RDIMMs include ECC for data integrity and are validated for Dell PowerEdge C6600, C6620, MX760C, R660 and R6615 servers.

Suited for Dell PowerEdge upgrades only

The registered ECC design works exclusively in compatible workstation and server platforms listed above.
