This module delivers 64 GB of ECC load-reduced DDR4 memory built for servers, workstations and compatible NAS systems. It operates at 1.2 V and uses the 288-pin form factor required by those platforms. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered memory configurations.

Capacity and headroom

A single 64 GB stick provides substantial headroom for virtualisation, large databases and memory-intensive workloads. The module runs at 2666 MHz with CL19 latency and is backward compatible with 2133 MHz and 2400 MHz bus speeds. Systems that require registered or load-reduced DIMMs will benefit; those limited to unbuffered memory cannot use this module.

Load-reduced ECC registered design

The 4Rx4 load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher densities per channel than standard registered DIMMs. This specification determines whether the part matches your platform's memory topology and ECC requirements.
