Verify Wi-Fi 6 router and mounting surface

Both cameras connect wirelessly using IEEE 802.11 ac/ax on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, so a Wi-Fi 6 router or access point is needed for the advertised stability and speed. Each unit requires a nearby mains socket for its power plug. Choose a wall or ceiling location that can support the camera weight and allows the external antennas to orient freely. Ensure the mounting surface is solid enough for screws and that the 2.8 mm lens field of view covers the desired zone without obstructions.
