5MP PoE Dome Camera

The Reolink RLC-520A is a 5-megapixel dome network camera built for outdoor and indoor surveillance. It captures video at a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels and includes a built-in microphone for audio recording. A microSD card slot provides local storage, and the camera connects via a single RJ45 Ethernet cable that carries both data and power.

Smart Detection and App Access

Smart human and vehicle detection distinguishes people and cars from animals or shadows, reducing unwanted alerts and labelling the detection type in notifications. The camera works with the free Reolink app for iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac without subscription fees, and integrates with Google Assistant for voice-activated live streaming to a compatible TV. ONVIF 2.1 compatibility allows use with third-party software, although smart alerts require the Reolink app or a compatible Reolink NVR.

Weatherproof Metal Housing and Cabling

An IP66-rated metal housing protects the camera against dust and heavy rain for reliable outdoor installation. Power over Ethernet simplifies deployment by using one cable for power and network connectivity. Supported cables include CAT5, CAT6 or CAT7 with T-568B wiring up to 100 metres for general networking or 90 metres when connected directly to a Reolink NVR.
