The Solidigm D7-P5520 is a 7.68TB enterprise SSD built for 2.5-inch U.2 bays with a 15mm z-height. It connects through a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and uses 144L TLC 3D NAND. Sequential reads reach up to 7100 MBps and writes up to 4200 MBps. The drive carries a 2,000,000-hour MTBF rating and is rated for 1,000 G shock at 0.5 msec.
