The Streacom FC9S-ALPHA-OPT is a fanless ATX media centre case built from premium 6063 aluminium with 4 mm thick extruded panels. It supports Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX motherboards and uses the chassis itself as a heatsink for completely passive cooling. The silver sandblast finish and refined tolerances give it a premium appearance suited to living-room environments. No power supply is included.

It provides two USB 3.0 ports on each side panel using 19 or 20 pin headers for convenient access. Three 3.5" and Three 2.5" Drives Maximum

The redesigned drive tray offers variable positioning and improved airflow, supporting a minimum of one 3.5" drive plus two 2.5" drives and a maximum of three 3.5" drives plus three 2.5" drives depending on configuration. The bottom panel adds extra venting and additional mounting locations for flexible storage layouts. An optical drive opening is available on this OPT variant for users who still need 5.25" media access.
