The Ubiquiti Networks UVC-AI-360 is a 2K resolution dome camera designed for indoor or outdoor surveillance. It captures 4MP video at 1920 x 1920 pixels using a 5MP CMOS sensor and fisheye lens. Power and data are delivered through a single GbE RJ45 port using PoE. Integrated two-way audio and AI-based detection for people and vehicles are included.

Replaces fixed-angle cameras needing wider coverage

This model replaces static cameras that cannot cover a full 360° field of view without mechanical pan-tilt-zoom mechanisms. The fisheye lens provides an ultra-wide perspective at 30 FPS, while 9 m IR night vision supports low-light recording. The upgrade is worth it when a single mounting point must monitor an entire room or outdoor area with AI event filtering.

Verify PoE switch budget and mounting surface

Confirm your PoE switch or injector supplies sufficient power for the camera's operation. The dome measures Ø147 x 49 mm and weighs 655 g without the mount or 685 g with the outdoor accessory. Ensure the mounting location accommodates these dimensions and weight. No micro SD slot is present, so external recording storage must be planned separately.
