The pump block measures 100.00 x 100.00 x 70.00 mm and includes pre-applied thermal compound, so installation starts by fitting the supplied brackets for the chosen socket. An embedded microfan inside the housing blows air toward the VRM and M.2 area, while FanXpert software lets the 450–2000 RPM fans run as low as 29.7 dBA under light loads.

Socket compatibility decides fit

The cooler supports Intel LGA 2066, 2011-3, 2011, 1700, 1366 and 115x plus AMD AM4 and TR4, although the TR4 bracket ships with the CPU package rather than the cooler box.
