Storage Headroom with 15K SAS and H730 RAID

Two 600 GB 15K SAS drives supply low-latency storage for OS and active databases, while eight hot-plug bays accept additional SAS or SATA drives up to 80 TB total. The Perc H730 controller with 1 GB cache supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60, letting you balance capacity and redundancy. Memory tops out at 384 GB when all slots are populated with 32 GB modules, so very large in-memory datasets will need a different platform.

PCIe 3.0 Slots and 1GbE Networking Limits
