Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 ECC registered memory occupy two of the sixteen available DIMM slots. A Smart HBA H240 controller manages storage through SAS and SATA interfaces with RAID 0, 1 and 5 support.

Will the Smart HBA H240 controller recognise the SAS drives I already own?

The H240 supports 12Gb SAS and 6Gb SATA, so any SAS or SATA drive that meets those link speeds will be detected and can be configured in RAID 0, 1 or 5.

How can I verify both Xeon E5-2623 v3 processors and all 16GB of DDR4 memory are active after power-on?

During POST the system will display two CPUs and 16GB total; you can also confirm the counts in the iLO interface or the OS device manager once booted.
