3000VA On-Line UPS for Critical Equipment

The Minuteman EC3000LCD is a true on-line uninterruptible power supply rated at 3000VA and 2700W. It uses double-conversion technology to regenerate a clean sinewave output for connected devices. The unit accepts a 120V input through a NEMA L5-30P plug and provides nine outlets. It is designed for data centres, communications gear, security systems and light industrial applications.

Capacity and Runtime Headroom

At half load the sealed lead-acid batteries deliver approximately 10 minutes of backup time. At full 2700W load the runtime drops to 3 minutes. Recharging to 90 percent capacity takes 8 hours after a total discharge. The battery module is replaceable using part BM0078. Buyers who need longer runtime at full load will find the internal battery insufficient.

Interface and Environmental Limits

The UPS operates from 0 to 160VAC input and maintains output frequency within +/-0.2Hz of 50 or 60Hz. Surge energy rating is 254 joules. Operating temperature range is 32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C). The unit includes eight controllable NEMA 5-15/20R outlets and one always-on NEMA L5-30R outlet. It carries cULus, FCC Class A, CE and RoHS2 approvals. SNMP management requires an optional card.
