Server ECC RDIMM kit

This 16 GB kit contains two 8 GB DDR3 1333 PC3-10600 CL9 registered ECC modules built for HP ProLiant DL160 G6, DL165 G7, DL170e G6, DL170h G6 and DL180 G6 servers. It replaces HP part numbers 500205071, 500205171, 500206071, 500662B21, 501536001, 593913B21, A0R56A, AM231A, AM328A, FX622AA and FX622UT. The modules run at 1.5 V with a 2Rx4 organisation.

Registered ECC difference

Registered ECC memory adds a register between the DRAM and the memory controller and includes error-correcting code, so it cannot be mixed with unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs. The kit is validated for the listed ProLiant models and is not compatible with standard desktop platforms.

Pre-installation check
