The RIITOP NVMETC-DKGY turns a single M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD into an external drive without screws or tools. It accepts M-key NVMe modules only and connects through a USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port rated at 10 Gbps. The aluminium body acts as a passive heatsink for the installed drive.

Plug-and-play kit with hot-swap limitation

The package supplies the dock, the 30 cm USB-C cable and the Type-A adapter so the drive works on modern and older USB ports immediately. Hot-swap is not supported; the SSD must be inserted before the cable is connected to the host. SATA-based M.2 drives and AHCI NVMe modules are not compatible.
