The RIITOP PCET2C+6U3 adds six USB-A and two USB-C ports to a desktop PC through a single PCI Express slot. It works in x1, x4, x8 or x16 slots and supports Windows from XP through Windows 10 and Server 2019. The card uses a NEC+VIA chipset and draws power directly from the slot without an extra cable.
5 Gbps shared bandwidth across all ports
Every port can reach up to 5 Gbps, but the total bandwidth is shared across the eight ports. This handles multiple external drives, cameras or peripherals simultaneously, though sustained transfers on several ports at once will divide the available throughput. The card is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices.
Slot-powered design with 9 A total current
