This 16 GB A-Tech DDR5 module operates at 4800 MHz with CL40 latency and 1.1 V standard voltage. It uses a 288-pin registered DIMM form factor with on-die ECC for error correction. The single-rank 1Rx8 organisation keeps electrical loading low on server memory channels. It is designed for DDR5-compatible servers and workstations only and will not fit desktop or laptop platforms.

Capacity and headroom for registered memory

A single 16 GB module adds registered ECC capacity to supported DDR5 server platforms, helping workloads that benefit from error-corrected memory such as virtualisation, databases and scientific computing. The PC5-38400 rating delivers 38400 MT/s transfer rates within the DDR5 4800 specification. Systems that require larger memory footprints will need additional modules populated according to the platform's channel and rank limits.
