A-Tech
A 32 GB dual-channel kit of two 16 GB DDR4 3200 registered ECC DIMMs with CL22 latency and 1.2 V operation for servers and workstations
Capacity 32GB (2 x 16GB)
This A-Tech kit provides 32GB of DDR4 ECC registered memory in a matched pair of 16GB modules. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered DIMMs with error correction. The kit is not compatible with desktop or laptop computers that use unbuffered memory.
The modules are DDR4 3200 RDIMMs with a 2Rx8 organisation and CL22 latency at 1.2V. Your system must support DDR4 registered ECC memory in a 288-pin DIMM slot; unbuffered or non-ECC platforms will not accept these modules.
Align the notch on each 288-pin module with the slot key and press firmly until the retention clips lock. Follow the motherboard manual for correct channel population order. The most common issue is installing registered ECC DIMMs into a board that only supports unbuffered memory.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The DDR4 3200 rating sets the maximum data rate at 3200 MT/s, so the memory bus can transfer up to 25600 MB/s per module when the platform runs at that speed.
The RDIMM places a register between the DRAM and the memory controller, which reduces electrical load and lets the server support higher capacities, while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly.
Each module uses a standard 288-pin DDR4 DIMM slot and requires enough vertical clearance for a full-height registered DIMM in the server or workstation motherboard.
