Each 64GB module uses a 4Rx4 organisation, presenting four logical ranks per DIMM to the memory controller. This rank density allows the kit to reach 512GB in eight slots, but the platform must explicitly support 4Rx4 LRDIMMs at DDR4 3200 speeds. Systems limited to lower rank counts or standard RDIMMs will not recognise the full capacity.
