A 3000 W ATX 3.1 power supply with 80 PLUS Titanium efficiency, GaN MOSFETs, a detachable OLED monitor and a GPU-First voltage stabiliser for up to four RTX 5090 cards
The ROG Thor 3000W Titanium III Edition 20 is an ATX 3.1 power supply rated for 3000 watts on 220-240V inputs. It targets extreme builds that run up to four RTX 5090 graphics cards. A server-grade GaN MOSFET design raises efficiency above standard MOSFETs while keeping internal temperatures lower. The unit carries 80 PLUS Titanium certification and a fully modular cable set.
A patented GPU-First Intelligent Voltage Stabilizer improves voltage delivery to the graphics card by up to 45 percent during peak loads. The bundled ROG Equalizer 12V-2x6 PCIe cable reduces heat stress on connectors, helping protect the GPU under sustained draw. A magnetic OLED display with an extender provides real-time power and efficiency readouts and can be mounted on the side or exterior of the chassis.
Four native 12V-2x6 connectors and three 6+2-pin PCIe plugs give direct power paths for multi-GPU arrays without adapters. Nine SATA connectors support dense storage configurations. On 110-120V mains the unit auto-switches voltage but cannot sustain the full 3000 W rating, so maximum headroom is only available on 220-240V circuits. Protection circuits cover OPP, OVP, UVP, SCP, OCP and OTP.

The PSU is 190 mm long and uses the ATX 3.1 form factor, so it fits most mid-tower and larger cases that accept standard ATX power supplies.
The 3000 W rating is only guaranteed on 220-240 V inputs; on 110-120 V the Dual Voltage Adaptive Design auto-switches but maximum output will be lower.
Four 16-pin 12V-2x6 cables and three 6+2-pin PCIe cables are included, plus the ROG Equalizer 12V-2x6 GPU cable for reduced connector temperatures.
