Bitspower
Connects 16 mm rigid tubing with a G1/4" thread and hidden O-ring design in true brass
This G1/4" Multi-Link Fitting connects Bitspower Crystal Link rigid tubing in a custom water-cooling loop. It is built for enthusiasts assembling hard-tube systems who need a true brass component with a high-flow internal design.
The hidden O-ring design seals the 16 mm OD tubing without exposed rings, so the fitting slides on cleanly. Take care to chamfer and deburr every tube end; rough cuts are the main cause of leaks with rigid tubing.
This fitting works only with Bitspower rigid tubing, so confirm your existing runs use that exact 16 mm OD specification. The G1/4" thread must also match the port standard on your blocks, radiators and reservoirs.

After setup, run the loop and verify that coolant flows freely through the True Hi-Flow channel with no leaks at the G1/4" thread or the hidden O-ring seal.
The fitting itself is supplied; you must purchase Bitspower Crystal Link hard tubing with 16mm OD separately, as this model is designed for use with that tubing only.
Select the BP-TBWP-C89 when you need a G1/4" thread and True Brass finish for 16mm OD rigid tubing; other models differ in thread size or colour.
