The Dell EBT2250 Tower Plus desktop PC ships with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265 20-core processor that reaches 5.3 GHz and includes an on-die NPU for local AI tasks. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 5600 MHz memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD provide responsive multitasking and fast boot times. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 with 8 GB GDDR6 handles graphics and compute workloads. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Check power, display and expansion needs

Verify that your mains supply can deliver sufficient wattage for a 4060-equipped tower and that your monitor offers DisplayPort 1.4a or HDMI 2.1a inputs for the three DP and one HDMI outputs. The chassis provides one USB-C Gen 2 port without video, five USB-A Gen 1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, an SD card slot and a headset jack on the front, plus rear Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and S/PDIF optical audio. No optical drive bay is present.

Sustained load behaviour with NPU and GPU

Under continuous workloads the 20-core CPU, NPU and RTX 4060 share the tower's thermal envelope; expect clock speeds to settle below the 5.3 GHz peak once temperatures stabilise. The 16 GB DDR5 pool is shared between system, NPU and GPU tasks, so heavy AI inference or large textures may pressure memory capacity. The 512 GB NVMe drive maintains write throughput until its SLC cache fills, after which sustained writes slow.
