The Dell PowerEdge R640 is a 1U rack server built for dense scale-out data centre computing. It ships with two Intel Xeon Gold 6134 processors running at 3.2 GHz with 3.7 GHz turbo, each providing eight cores. The system includes 128 GB of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory across eight modules. Dual 750 W platinum power supplies and iDRAC 9 Enterprise remote management come standard.
