Dynatron
A 92 mm PWM cooler with ball-bearing fan and copper-insert aluminium heatsink fits Intel LGA 1156, 1155 and 1151 sockets in a 73 mm height
The Dynatron K985 is a 92 mm air cooler designed for Intel LGA 1156, 1155 and 1151 sockets. It supports Core i3 530 and 540, Core i5 650, 660, 661, 670 and 750, Core i7 860 and 870, plus Xeon 3400 series processors. Builders upgrading or repairing these platforms can use this cooler as a direct replacement.
A 4 pin PWM fan runs at 700 RPM and 14.70 dBA at the 0-20 % duty cycle, moving 14.98 CFM. At 50 % duty the speed rises to 1400 RPM, airflow to 29.90 CFM and noise to 18.50 dBA. Full 100 % duty reaches 2500 RPM, 46.96 CFM and 29.85 dBA. The aluminium radial fin heatsink with copper inserted base dissipates heat horizontally within a 73 mm height limit.
The package provides the mounting hardware required for the listed Intel sockets and the 92 x 92 x 25 mm fan pre-attached to the 106.0 x 106.0 x 72.6 mm heatsink. No additional software, lighting controllers or accessory brackets are supplied. The ball bearing fan and PWM connector work with standard motherboard fan headers without extra configuration.

The cooler uses Intel push-pin brackets for LGA 1156, 1155 and 1151; the step people skip is pushing each pin until it clicks and then twisting the cap to lock it, otherwise the heatsink sits loose and temperatures rise.
Ball bearings run without lubrication, so the only upkeep is blowing dust from the aluminum radial fins and the 92 x 92 x 25 mm fan blades every few months to keep airflow near the 46.96 CFM maximum.
At 100 % duty cycle the fan spins at 2500 RPM and moves 46.96 CFM at 29.85 dBA; beyond that the heatsink cannot shed more heat, so CPU temperatures will climb unless the workload drops.
