EN-Labs
Internal 3.5" bay card reader adds SD, CompactFlash, Memory Stick and xD slots via USB 3.2 Gen 1 header with 1.64ft cable
The EN-Labs EXTERU3CR3 installs into a 3.5" floppy bay and connects to an internal USB 19-pin header. It provides three slots for CompactFlash I/II, Memory Stick variants and SD/SDHC/SDXC/UHS-I/II cards. A 1.64ft cable links the reader to the motherboard header.
Photographers and office users who transfer images from CF, MS or SD media will find the all-in-one layout convenient. Builders without a spare 3.5" bay or an available internal USB 19-pin header cannot install this unit. It does not support MMC or SmartMedia formats.
The 1.64ft cable reaches headers on boards used in HP Z240, Z440, Z640 and Z840 workstations. Using the reader frees external USB ports for other peripherals while adding multi-format card access directly at the front of the chassis.

Yes, the reader connects through an internal USB 19-pin header; the 1.64ft cable reaches from a 3.5" bay to that header.
The reader runs at USB 3.2 Gen 1 5Gbps; sharing a header with legacy USB 3.0 devices will fall back to the slower link speed.
In Device Manager the device should appear as a USB 3.2 Gen 1 controller and transfer rates on a UHS-II card will approach the 5Gbps link ceiling.
