The HP EliteBook 850 G3 is a 15.6-inch laptop built around a dual-core Intel Core i5-6300U processor with a base frequency of 2.40 GHz and a turbo frequency of 3.00 GHz. SATA storage interface limits

The 240 GB solid-state drive connects through a SATA interface, which caps sequential throughput well below modern PCIe alternatives. The 240 GB SSD holds the operating system, core applications and a modest working set; however, it fills quickly with media libraries, CAD datasets or multiple VM images, requiring external storage or a larger replacement drive for those scenarios.
