Compact workstation bundle

The HP Z2 SFF G9 delivers a 20-core Intel Core 7 processor with a 3.4 GHz base clock and 5.6 GHz turbo in a small-form-factor chassis. It ships with Windows 11 Home, 64GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB SSD and a 1TB HDD. The RTX A4000 adds 16GB of GDDR6 graphics memory. A 32-inch 4K monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a dual-band Wi-Fi adapter complete the package.

Storage capacity and GPU headroom

The 1TB SSD provides fast boot and application loading while the 1TB HDD adds bulk capacity for project archives. The RTX A4000’s 16GB GDDR6 frame buffer handles complex 3D models, large textures and GPU-accelerated compute workloads. When scenes exceed that 16GB limit the driver must swap to system memory, which slows render times. The 64GB of DDR4 system memory gives ample room for the OS and host applications before paging occurs.

Upgrade path and fit

This bundle replaces an older tower workstation that lacks a modern single-slot professional GPU and a colour-accurate 4K display.
