At the 125 W processor base power the chip sustains 3.6 GHz on performance cores and 2.7 GHz on efficient cores. Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 can lift a single performance core to 5.0 GHz, while all-core turbo reaches 4.9 GHz on P-cores and 3.8 GHz on E-cores. The 190 W maximum turbo power ceiling means sustained heavy loads need robust cooling. Memory support tops out at DDR4 3200 or DDR5 4800 across two channels with 128 GB capacity and 76.8 GB/s bandwidth.

LGA 1700 Socket 20 PCIe Lanes

The processor drops into an LGA 1700 socket and exposes up to 20 PCI Express lanes split across 5.0, 4.0 and 3.0 generations. A bundled cooler is not included, so the builder must supply a solution rated for the 190 W turbo envelope. The 25 MB L3 and 12 MB L2 caches reduce latency for compute-intensive code. Windows 11 is the supported operating system at launch in 2023.
