Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3i for everyday work

This new laptop uses a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1335U processor with ten cores and twelve threads, reaching 4.6 GHz turbo frequency. Sixteen gigabytes of soldered LPDDR5 memory and a two terabyte PCIe NVMe solid state drive provide capacity for multitasking and large file libraries. The 15.6 inch TN panel shows 1920 by 1080 resolution at 60 Hz. Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed.

Display and wireless limits

The TN screen technology offers narrower viewing angles and lower contrast than IPS alternatives, which affects colour-critical tasks. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics share system memory and suit light creative work but not sustained 3D rendering. WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.2 deliver modern wireless speeds, yet the single HDMI and USB 3.2 Type-C ports limit simultaneous external displays and high-bandwidth peripherals without a dock.

Soldered memory and upgrade constraints

Memory is onboard LPDDR5 and cannot be upgraded after purchase, so the sixteen gigabyte configuration is fixed for the device lifetime. Storage uses a standard M.2 NVMe slot, allowing a future drive swap if more space is needed. The 47 Whr three-cell battery and 65 W power adapter support typical office hours; intensive workloads will reduce runtime. The included wireless mouse pairs via its own receiver, occupying one USB port.
