This NEMIX RAM module delivers 16 GB of DDR4 memory in a 260-pin SODIMM package. It is built for laptops, all-in-one PCs and compact workstations that require ECC unbuffered memory. The single-rank 2Rx8 organisation runs at 2933 MHz with CL21 latency at 1.20 V.

Upgrade path

It replaces lower-capacity or non-ECC SODIMMs in systems qualified for Samsung M474A2K43DB1-CTD compatible modules. The jump is worth it when workloads demand error correction and 16 GB per slot to avoid swapping under sustained multi-tasking or virtualization loads.
