Ready-to-install MK8 hotend

This fully assembled MK8 hotend kit is built as a direct replacement for Ender-3, Ender-3S and Ender-3 Pro style printers. It arrives pre-assembled so you can swap a worn or blocked hotend quickly and reduce printer downtime. The stainless-steel throat and aluminum heat block create a seamless nozzle-to-tube connection designed to help prevent leaks and clogs. 260 °C operating ceiling

The kit is rated for an operating range of -40 °C to 260 °C, covering common filaments such as PLA, ABS and PETG within that limit. The 24 V 40 W heater cartridge with a one-metre lead brings the aluminum block to temperature rapidly. Dual 24 V 4010 fans — a blower and a cooling fan — dissipate heat efficiently to support steadier extrusion during longer prints. Pushing beyond 260 °C exceeds the rated thermal limit of the supplied throat and block.

0.4 mm brass nozzle constraint

The included 0.4 mm brass nozzle sets the practical extrusion width and limits abrasive filament use; brass wears quickly with carbon-fibre or glow-in-the-dark materials. Four spare 0.4 mm nozzles are provided, but no alternative diameters are included in the box. The M6 × 27 mm stainless-steel throat fixes the heat-break geometry, so swapping to a different hotend architecture would require a new mounting arrangement. Users needing larger layer heights or abrasive-rated nozzles must source those parts separately.
