Color Black
The NZXT Kraken 360 RGB is a closed-loop liquid cooler built around a 360 mm aluminium radiator and three 120 mm F120 RGB Core fans. It fits Intel sockets LGA 1851, 1700, 1200 and 115X plus AMD AM5, AM4, sTRX4 and TR4, though the Threadripper bracket is not included. The copper cold plate measures 74.7 mm across and 55.97 mm tall.
A circular 1.54-inch LCD on the pump head shows real-time system data or custom images configured through NZXT CAM software. The software also controls the 7th gen Asetek pump up to 2800 RPM, the fans between 500 and 1800 RPM, and enables a 0 RPM mode at low temperatures. A single breakout cable simplifies wiring and the tubing is wrapped in reinforced nylon-braided sleeves.
Verify that your motherboard uses one of the listed Intel or AMD sockets and order the separate bracket if you are mounting on Threadripper. Ensure the case can accept a 394 mm long radiator that is 121 mm wide and 27 mm thick with three 120 mm fan slots. The fans use 4-pin connectors and reach 33.88 dBA at full speed, so confirm your fan headers support PWM control.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The F120RGB Core fans use fluid dynamic bearings rated for extended operation, and the 7th gen Asetek pump runs at up to 2800 RPM. Both are sealed within the closed loop; no user-serviceable parts are inside, so the unit is replaced as a whole if performance drops.
The 360 mm aluminum radiator (121 × 394 × 27 mm) and three 120 mm fans moving up to 78.86 CFM each set the cooling ceiling. Once the liquid reaches equilibrium, the block’s copper cold plate and pump speed become the limiting factors.
Fan noise peaks at 33.88 dBA at 1800 RPM; the pump spins at 2800 RPM. NZXT CAM can enable 0 RPM fan mode at low temperatures to eliminate noise. Heat is exhausted through the radiator into the case airflow.
