OWC
128GB kit of four 32GB DDR5 4800 CL40 ECC registered RDIMMs for HP ProLiant DL320 Gen11, DL380a Gen11 and DX320 Gen11 servers
Capacity 128GB (4 x 32GB)
This OWC kit supplies 128GB of DDR5 registered ECC memory in four 32GB modules. It is built for HP ProLiant DL320 Gen11, DL380a Gen11 and DX320 Gen11 servers that require registered DIMMs. Workstations or desktops needing unbuffered memory cannot use these modules.
Each module uses the standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor with a 2Rx8 organisation. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing the four modules to operate together at the rated speed. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling directly.
The modules run at DDR5 4800 (PC5-38400) with CL40 latency at the JEDEC-standard 1.1V. ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors in real time, protecting data integrity during continuous workloads. Lower voltage and the absence of a spreader keep power draw and acoustic contribution minimal in normal server operation.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The four 32 GB modules operate at DDR5 4800 with a CL40 latency, delivering PC5-38400 bandwidth.
They fit standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots and run at 1.1 V.
Populate all four channels in the order shown in the server's service guide; the step often missed is enabling ECC Registered mode in BIOS before boot.
