This 128GB DDR4 3200 CL22 module is built for Gigabyte E252-P30, E252-P31, G242-P31, G242-P32 and G242-P33 platforms. It targets administrators who need maximum registered capacity in supported server, workstation or NAS chassis. Standard desktop boards cannot use load-reduced ECC memory.
The PC4-25600 rating runs at 3200MHz CAS 22 and will also operate at 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz or 2933MHz when the platform requires a lower data rate. Mixing this load-reduced DIMM with unbuffered or registered ECC modules is not supported by the memory controller.
The bare 288-pin PCB fits dense multi-slot configurations where tall spreaders would block adjacent sockets.
