OWC
A 16 GB DDR4 SODIMM running at 2666 MHz with CL19 latency for QNAP TS-332X, TS-473, TS-673, TS-832PX and TS-832X NAS systems
This OWC module adds 16GB of DDR4 2666 CL19 memory to compatible QNAP NAS models. It uses a 260-pin SODIMM form factor and runs at 1.2V without ECC or buffering. The single stick is designed for the TS-332X, TS-473, TS-673, TS-832PX and TS-832X.
Builders working with desktop DIMM slots cannot use this SODIMM format. Systems that require ECC error correction will not gain that feature from this non-ECC module. Buyers whose NAS model is not in the compatibility list should verify support before purchasing.
The module installs only in SO-DIMM slots wired for DDR4 signalling. It is backwards compatible with 2400MHz and 2133MHz bus speeds. A system needing 288-pin DIMMs or a different DDR generation will not accept this part.

The module is validated for the TS-332X, TS-473, TS-673, TS-832PX and TS-832X. It replaces QNAP part numbers RAM-16GDR4T0-SO-2666, RAM-16GDR4K0-SO-2666 and RAM-16GDR4K1-SO-2666.
Yes. The SODIMM is backwards compatible with 2400MHz and 2133MHz systems and will operate at the lower speed supported by the platform.
After booting, open the QTS Control Panel, go to System > Hardware and verify that Total Memory shows the expected 16GB increase.
