16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 ECC registered RDIMM for Dell PowerEdge R7515, R7525, T550, XR11 and XR12 servers
This OWC 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 ECC Registered RDIMM is built for Dell PowerEdge R7515, R7525, T550, XR11 and XR12 servers. It replaces Dell part numbers AA783421, AA799064, AA810826, AB214251, M04W6, SNPM04W6C/16G and SNPM04W6C/16VXR. It will not work in standard desktop computers or with unbuffered memory.
The module uses a 288-pin RDIMM form factor with a 2Rx8 rank configuration and operates at 1.2V without a heat spreader. Registered buffering and ECC support provide the data-integrity required by the listed PowerEdge platforms. Mixing this module with unbuffered DIMMs is not supported.
A single 16GB module running at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CL22 latency delivers the rated capacity and speed for the compatible Dell servers. Buyers who need a different capacity, speed or unbuffered memory must select another part.
