OWC
ECC registered DDR5 kit adds 256 GB across four 64 GB modules at 4800 MT/s CL40 for HP ProLiant Gen11 servers
Capacity 256GB (4 x 64GB)
This OWC kit supplies 256GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory across four 64GB modules. It targets administrators upgrading HP ProLiant DL385 Gen11 DL560 Gen11 DX360 Gen11 DX365 Gen11 and ML350 Gen11 servers. The modules are not compatible with standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load reduced memory.
Each module uses a 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor without a heat spreader operating at 1.1V. JEDEC-standard and RoHS compliant construction meets OEM specifications for warranty safe installation. The registered design adds a buffer that stabilises heavy memory populations in multi-socket server boards.
The kit runs at DDR5 4800 PC5-38400 with CL40 latency in a 2Rx4 organisation. Bandwidth and latency are fixed by this JEDEC speed grade so workloads needing higher throughput or lower latency will not benefit from this module set. Capacity is capped at the 256GB provided by the four modules.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The kit runs at DDR5 4800 with a PC5-38400 data rate, so each module transfers at up to 4800 MT/s under JEDEC-standard timings.
Each module is a 288-pin DDR5 ECC Registered DIMM; they install in the standard RDIMM slots on the DL385, DL560, DX360, DX365 and ML350 Gen11 motherboards.
Populate all four 64GB 2Rx4 modules in the channel order shown in the server's memory guide, then verify the BIOS reports 256GB at 4800 MT/s with ECC active.
