OWC
32GB kit of four 8GB DDR3L 1333 ECC registered RDIMMs for Cisco UCS B200 M1 and C200 M1 servers
Capacity 32GB (4 x 8GB)
This OWC kit provides 32GB of DDR3L ECC Registered memory across four 8GB modules. It is built for Cisco UCS B200 M1 and C200 M1 servers that require registered DIMMs. The modules will not work in standard desktop computers or systems that need unbuffered or load-reduced memory.
Each module runs at 1.35V, the standard DDR3L voltage, which reduces power draw compared to 1.5V DDR3. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow through the server chassis handles cooling. The registered buffer adds a clock cycle of latency but lightens the electrical load on the memory controller.
The 240-pin DIMMs install directly into the compatible Cisco UCS slots. Using registered ECC memory prevents mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced modules in the same system. This kit replaces Cisco part numbers N01M308GB2, UCSMR1X082RXA, UCSMR2X082RXB and UCSMR2X082RXC for straightforward maintenance.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
Power down the server, open the chassis, align each module's notch with the slot key, press firmly until both latches click, then verify all four 8GB sticks are recognised in the BIOS before closing the case.
No scheduled maintenance is required; if a module fails, replace the individual 8GB stick — ECC error logs will identify the faulty rank.
The DDR3L 1333 CL9 bandwidth ceiling is reached before thermal throttling, because the modules have no heat spreader and operate at standard voltage.
