512GB DDR4 3200 ECC LRDIMM kit (4×128GB) for Dell PowerEdge C6525, R6515 and R7515 servers
Capacity 512GB (4 x 128GB)
This kit delivers 512GB of DDR4 ECC load-reduced memory across four 128GB modules. It is built for Dell PowerEdge C6525, R6515 and R7515 servers that require registered LRDIMM technology. The modules run at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.2V operation. Workstations and standard desktops cannot use this memory type.
The PC4-25600 standard tops out at 3200MHz CL22 on this platform. Modules will downclock to 2933MHz, 2666MHz, 2400MHz or 2133MHz if the system demands it. Load-reduced DIMMs cannot be mixed with unbuffered or standard registered ECC memory. The 8Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor are fixed by the server memory controller.
Upgrading from smaller LRDIMM sets makes sense when virtualisation density or in-memory database size exceeds the current installed capacity. The jump is worth it when the server memory slots are full and the workload needs more than 256GB total. It does not help systems that only accept unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs.

The kit provides 512GB total across four 128GB LRDIMMs. Choose it when your Dell PowerEdge C6525, R6515 or R7515 needs that full capacity in a matched set.
The modules run at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CL22 latency at 1.2V, giving the rated bandwidth when the platform memory controller is set to that speed.
Yes. The 288-pin DDR4 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs are designed for the listed Dell PowerEdge servers and will downclock to 2133, 2400, 2666 or 2933MHz if the platform requires it.
