512 GB quad-channel DDR4 3200 ECC LRDIMM kit for Dell PowerEdge XR11 and XR12 servers
Capacity 512GB (4 x 128GB)
Struck-through versions exist but are not stocked here.
This kit delivers 512GB of DDR4 3200 memory across four 128GB load-reduced DIMMs. It is built for Dell PowerEdge XR11 and XR12 servers that require ECC LRDIMM modules. The modules run at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. They are JEDEC-standard and RoHS compliant.
This memory fits administrators expanding Dell PowerEdge XR11 or XR12 platforms with validated ECC load-reduced DIMMs. It will not work in standard desktop computers or systems that only accept unbuffered or registered ECC modules. Mixing with those other memory types is not supported.
The four modules provide 512GB total capacity for heavy virtualisation or in-memory workloads. Rated at DDR4 3200, the kit also runs at 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 speeds when the platform requires it. Maximum capacity is limited to the 512GB supplied in this kit.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The kit is validated for Dell PowerEdge XR11 and XR12 systems. It requires a server that accepts 288-pin DDR4 LRDIMM modules with ECC load-reduced support.
The modules are backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz speeds. All installed memory will run at the lowest common frequency and matching timings.
Enter the system BIOS or use a hardware inventory tool such as iDRAC; it should report 512GB total, DDR4 3200 PC4-25600, CL22 latency, 1.2V and ECC load-reduced status.
